Will I get a proof of my order before it prints?
We will only send a proof in one of the following situations:
- You purchase either the simpleENHANCE or simpleMAKEOVER service.
- You request a proof in the order comments.
- Our artists make significant changes in order to enhance the print quality of the image.
The simpleTOUCH-UP service will not trigger a proof unless we make significant changes in order to improve the print quality. If we do send a proof, the proof will require your approval before your order can be printed.
